FootSchool TV was partner of the tournament « Les Arčnes du foot » that was held in Metz on February 10th 2009, in support, this year, for the charity association “Grégory Lemarchal” against cystic fibrosis.
For its second edition, this tournament run by the former French International Didier Six was a success, thanks to the attendance of former football stars like Manuel Amoros, Dominique Rocheteau, or the current coach of Valenciennes, Antoine Koumbouaré. New teams like First League FC Metz and the France Selection also took part in this tournament, adding to many other great French clubs expected at the event: Olympique Lyonnais, Olympique de Marseille, AS Saint-Etienne, etc.
“Les Arčnes du foot” also welcomed a competition between the best youth junior teams (under 12 category) in the region. The qualifying rounds started in December and this year more than 3,000 kids took part in it and the club of Villerupt won the final.
